What an absolutely amazing company to deal with. Their customer service is exceptional. The building/configuration process via the website is so easy to use and when I requested a particular date for delivery, they were so helpful and accommodating by arranging the collection, via the courier, and delivery to coincide with the exact date I wanted. Communication from order to arrival was also excellent with regular updates on my order's progress. I needed to build a high performance desktop to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 with a Big Screen 2, VR Headset. After lots of research on what I wanted in my build, I came across "We Build The Perfect PC For You Ltd" website. I had considered building the desktop myself as I've done it before and I work in IT. However, after visiting the website and seeing the competitive component prices, I decided it wasn't worth the time or effort to build the machine myself. Choosing the components for my build on the website was easy and the total price was refreshed instantly. After placing my order, I was contacted by the owner as he believed that I had under spec'd the CPU cooler and recommended an alternative. This was great advice as it could have been an expensive mistake if I'd damaged my CPU through overheating. After amending the order, my desktop was delivered within the week with full tracking information, the following day I received all of the component boxes so that if I ever resell a component, I can use the original packaging.
