Delivery Times to Australia

International express shipping from the UK to Australia typically takes 4–8 working days. We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS for all international shipments. You'll receive a full tracking number as soon as your PC is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 working days for assembly and testing before dispatch.

Power Compatibility in Australia

Australia uses 230V / 50Hz mains power — the same voltage as the UK. All power supplies we use support 100–240V automatically, so there's no compatibility issue. You will need a Type I plug adapter (the angled flat-pin Australian plug) — these are available for a few dollars at any hardware store. We can include an Australian plug adapter on request — just mention it in your order notes.

All our builds carry a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. For Australian customers experiencing a fault, we work quickly to provide a solution — either shipping a replacement component directly to you in Australia or providing a refund where appropriate.
