Delivery Times to the USA

Typical transit time from the UK to the US is 3–7 working days via international express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your PC is dispatched. Allow up to 2 working days for assembly and testing before dispatch, plus up to 5 working days during busy periods.

Power Compatibility

The US uses 120V / 60Hz mains power, while the UK uses 230V / 50Hz. All components we use in our builds (PSU, monitors, peripherals) are rated for 100–240V universal input — so your PC will work on US power with a simple plug adapter. No voltage converter needed. We include a US-compatible power cable with every order shipped to the USA.

Warranty Support from the USA

Our 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in all components. If something develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a solution. For international customers, this typically involves us shipping a replacement component to you, or providing a full refund depending on the nature of the fault. We have experience supporting customers across the US and aim to resolve any issues quickly.
