Your bank or card provider converts GBP to CAD at the live exchange rate at time of payment.

Delivery Times to Canada

International express shipping from the UK to Canada typically takes 3–7 working days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. A full tracking number is provided as soon as your PC is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 working days for build and test time before dispatch.

Power Compatibility in Canada

Canada uses 120V / 60Hz mains power. All power supplies we use are rated 100–240V universal input, so your PC will work on Canadian power without any voltage converter. You will need a Type B plug adapter (the standard North American two/three-flat-pin plug) — available at any hardware or electronics store. We can include a Canadian/US plug adapter on request — just add a note to your order.

Warranty for Canadian Customers

Our 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in all components. For Canadian customers, any fault within the warranty period is handled by us — typically via a replacement component shipped directly to your Canadian address, or a refund where appropriate. We respond to all warranty enquiries within one business day.
