How We Build Your PC

Every PC we sell is built to your exact specification, assembled by hand, and tested before it leaves us. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you place your order.

Step 1 — You Choose Your Spec

Browse our range and choose your CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and cooler combination. Every product page lists exactly what is included. There are no hidden extras and no surprise fees — the price you see is the price you pay, including VAT and free UK delivery.

Step 2 — We Source Brand-New Components

Every component in your build is brand new, sourced from authorised UK distributors. We never use refurbished, used, open-box, or grey-market parts. You are getting a genuinely new machine, not a refurbished one dressed up.

Step 3 — We Build Your PC by Hand

Your PC is assembled at our workshop in Littlehampton, West Sussex. We are a family-owned business — not a fulfilment warehouse. Every build gets personal attention from the people who will also support you after the sale.

Components are fitted, cable-managed, and seated correctly. We do not rush builds to hit volume targets.

Step 4 — We Test Everything Before It Leaves

This is the step that matters most. Every PC goes through a full testing process before dispatch:

  • Boot test — confirms all components POST and Windows loads correctly
  • Stress test — CPU and GPU run under full load to verify stability and temperatures
  • Display output — confirmed working on multiple outputs
  • Storage — read/write speeds verified, drive health confirmed
  • Windows 11 — fully installed, activated, and all drivers updated
  • Final inspection — case closed, cables tidy, nothing loose

If anything is not right, we fix it before it ships. No exceptions.

Step 5 — We Ship It Free, Fully Insured

Your PC ships via a tracked next-working-day courier service, fully insured for its full value. Shipping is free to all UK addresses — it is included in the price, not added at checkout.

We package every PC with care, using protective foam and custom packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once dispatched, you receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

UK delivery takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. International orders (EU, USA, Canada, Australia) are shipped door-to-door with all VAT and customs duties covered by us — no surprise charges on delivery.

Step 6 — You Are Covered for 3 Years

Every PC comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a hardware component fails, we arrange free collection and return — we pay the courier both ways. You speak to the people who built your PC, not a call centre in another country.

Build Time

Please allow up to 5 working days from the time of purchase for your build to be completed, tested, and dispatched. Most builds are completed sooner, but we do not rush and we never skip testing.
