How long does it take to build my PC?

Every PC is built to order. Please allow up to 5 working days from the time of purchase for your build to be completed, tested, and dispatched. We rigorously test every machine before it leaves us — no exceptions.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free tracked next-working-day delivery is included on all UK orders. There are no hidden fees; the price you see includes everything. Your PC is fully insured for its full value during transit and packaged with great care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, UK delivery takes 1–2 working days via our tracked next-working-day courier service. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to the EU, USA, Canada, and Australia. All international orders are door-to-door with VAT and customs duties fully covered by us — there are no surprise charges on delivery. Shipping costs: EU countries £85 | USA & Canada £155 | Australia £205. International delivery takes 5–10 working days.

What warranty do I get?

Every custom PC comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a hardware component fails, we arrange free collection and return — we pay for the courier both ways. The warranty covers hardware defects and component failures. It does not cover accidental damage, software issues, or unauthorised modifications. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

What happens if something goes wrong after I receive my PC?

If it is a confirmed hardware fault, we arrange free collection under our 3-year warranty. If the fault turns out to be caused by user error or a software issue rather than a hardware defect, a £65 diagnostic fee applies.

Can I return my PC if I change my mind?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return your PC. The PC must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and components intact. Returns that are not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. After 30 days, returns are not accepted. If you received a damaged item, you must report it within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Does the PC come with Windows 11?

Yes — Windows 11 Home 64-bit is included as standard with every build. Windows 11 Pro is available as an upgrade if you need it (for example, for business use or remote desktop features). Windows is fully activated and ready to use out of the box.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — we offer several buy now, pay later options at checkout: Shop Pay Installments (3 interest-free payments, or 3–12 months from 0% APR), Klarna (pay in 3 interest-free instalments or pay in 30 days), Clearpay (4 fortnightly interest-free payments), and PayPal Pay Later (pay in 3 interest-free, or PayPal Credit with 0% for 4 months on orders over £99, subject to status). We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and standard PayPal.

Can I customise my PC beyond what is listed?

The options shown on each product listing (RAM, storage, cooler) cover the most popular configurations. If you need something specific — a different storage size, a particular component, or a bespoke build — contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are all components brand new?

Yes — every component in every build is brand new. We never use refurbished, used, or grey-market parts. Your PC is built from scratch using new components every time.

Can I upgrade my PC later?

Yes — all our builds use standard ATX/mATX form factors and off-the-shelf components, which means you can upgrade RAM, storage, GPU, or CPU in the future without needing proprietary parts. We can also perform upgrades for you — contact us for a quote.

Do you offer PC repairs?

Yes — we offer PC diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades. A £65 diagnostic fee applies, after which we provide a transparent quote based on the work required. Contact us at info@webuildtheperfectpcforyoultd.co.uk or call +447543289130 to arrange a repair.

Are your prices cheaper than eBay?

Yes — our website prices are always £100 less than our eBay listings. You get the same quality build, the same warranty, the same free shipping — just £100 cheaper by ordering directly. No discount code needed; it is already reflected in the price.

Will you match a competitor's price?

Yes — we offer price matching. If you find a comparable custom PC from another UK builder at a lower price, contact us and we will do our best to match or beat it.

Who builds the PCs?

We are a family-owned business based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, UK. We have been building and selling custom PCs since June 2022. Every PC is assembled and tested by hand — we are not a faceless warehouse operation. You are buying from the people who built your PC.

Can I see reviews from other customers?

Is the PC ready to use straight out of the box?

Yes — every PC arrives fully assembled, tested, and with Windows 11 Home activated. Just plug it in, connect your monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and it is ready to use immediately.

What is included in the box?

The fully assembled and tested PC, plus a 1.8m UK mains plug to C13 power lead. No monitor, keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals are included — these need to be purchased separately.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. UK delivery is next-working-day via tracked courier after your build is complete (up to 5 working days).

My PC arrived damaged — what do I do?

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence by emailing info@webuildtheperfectpcforyoultd.co.uk or calling +447543289130. All shipments are fully insured for their full value — we will handle the claim and resolve it for you.

Who pays for return shipping?

For hardware defects covered under warranty, we arrange and pay for collection and return both ways. For change-of-mind returns (within 30 days, unused, original packaging), the customer arranges and pays for their own tracked and insured return shipping.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@webuildtheperfectpcforyoultd.co.uk or +447543289130. If the build has not yet started, we may be able to make changes. Once assembly has begun, modifications may not be possible as components are already in use.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes — we are VAT registered (VAT number: GB 417183306). A VAT receipt is included with your order confirmation. If you need a formal VAT invoice, contact us at info@webuildtheperfectpcforyoultd.co.uk.

Do you only sell desktop PCs?

Yes — desktop custom gaming PCs only. We do not sell laptops, tablets, or any other form factor.

Can I cancel my order for a refund?

Yes — you can cancel any time before we start building your PC (before it is fulfilled) for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at info@webuildtheperfectpcforyoultd.co.uk or +447543289130. Once assembly has begun, cancellation may not be possible as components are already in use — at that point our 30-day return policy applies.

I am in the EU — do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes — if you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do this, use our online withdrawal form (no account needed) and enter your name, email address and order number. After withdrawing, return the goods within 14 days and we will refund you once the return is received and inspected. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
