Every repair or upgrade starts with a full diagnostic to identify exactly what is wrong or what is needed.

Flat-rate diagnostic fee

  • Hardware fault confirmed? The £65 covers the diagnostic. We then quote separately for parts and labour — you decide whether to proceed.
  • User error or software issue? The £65 fee still applies as our time diagnosing is the same regardless of the cause.
  • No hidden costs. You approve the full written quote before any work begins.

We repair desktop PCs and custom gaming computers. Common faults we fix regularly:

  4. Repair or upgrade — we carry out the work using brand-new components where required.
  5. Testing — every repaired or upgraded PC is stress-tested before it leaves our workshop.
  6. Return — your PC comes back in the same condition it arrived, just working properly.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 3–5 working days once you have approved the quote. Complex faults such as liquid damage or motherboard-level issues may take longer — we always give a realistic timeframe upfront.

Do you repair laptops?

We specialise in desktop PCs and gaming computers. We do not currently repair laptops or all-in-one machines.

What if my PC cannot be repaired?

We will tell you honestly after the diagnostic. The £65 fee still applies as our time assessing the machine is the same regardless of the outcome. We can then advise on a replacement custom build if needed.

Do I need to bring it to you in person?

You can drop off at our Littlehampton workshop or we can arrange a tracked courier collection. Contact us to discuss the most convenient option.

Is there a warranty on repair work?

Yes. Any new components fitted carry the manufacturer warranty. Our labour is guaranteed for 30 days — if the same fault reoccurs within that period we will rectify it at no additional charge.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Local customers are welcome to drop off in person. We also accept couriered-in PCs from anywhere in the UK — contact us first to confirm.

Can you upgrade a PC you did not build?

Yes. We upgrade all desktop PCs regardless of where they were bought or built. The same £65 diagnostic applies to assess compatibility before we quote for parts and labour.
