How ordering a prebuilt works
Four steps, and only the first one needs anything from you.
- Choose your machine. Pick the build with the processor and graphics card you want, then set the memory, storage and cooler on the product page. The price updates as you choose, so there are no surprises later.
- We build it to order. Nothing is pre-boxed on a shelf. Your parts are assembled and wired by hand, which takes up to 5 working days.
- We test it before it leaves. Windows 11 goes on, drivers are brought up to date, and the machine is stress-tested and benchmarked. If it is not stable, it does not ship.
- Tracked delivery, then a 3-year warranty. It ships on a tracked next-working-day UK service, and the warranty starts the day it arrives.
What is already included in the price
The figure on the product page is the whole cost. There is no configuration fee, no delivery charge and no VAT to add:
- The complete PC, assembled, wired and cable-managed.
- Windows 11, installed and activated, with drivers up to date and no trial software or unwanted launchers.
- VAT — every price shown includes it.

The parts are ordinary ATX components with a standard power supply, so the machine can be opened, cleaned and upgraded by you or by any repair shop later — you are not locked into a proprietary case, board or connector.
Common questions
Are these actually prebuilt, or do I have to assemble it?
Fully assembled. It arrives built, tested and with Windows 11 installed. Plug in a monitor, keyboard and mouse and it works.
How long until it arrives?
We build and test to order, which takes up to 5 working days, then it ships on a tracked next-working-day service in the UK.
Can I change the specification?
Yes. Every listed build lets you pick the memory, storage and cooler. For anything beyond that, use the
builder or ask us — we build to order, so unusual requests are normal.
What if it breaks?
3-year warranty. We arrange collection at no cost, repair or replace the faulty part, and return it to you free.
