Why Order a Custom PC from the UK?
UK custom PC builders are well-regarded internationally for quality assembly and genuine warranty support. Ordering from us gives Canadian gamers access to UK-market pricing on components, with the same quality hardware (NVIDIA RTX, AMD Radeon, Intel Core, AMD Ryzen) available at home — sometimes at meaningfully lower effective prices than Canadian retail.
- 3-year warranty included — significantly longer than typical Canadian retail PC warranties
- Brand-new, authorised-distributor components only
- Hand-assembled and individually stress-tested
- Windows 11 pre-installed and activated — ready to use from the box

Your bank or card provider converts GBP to CAD at the live exchange rate at time of payment.
Delivery Times to Canada
International express shipping from the UK to Canada typically takes 3–7 working days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. A full tracking number is provided as soon as your PC is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 working days for build and test time before dispatch.
Power Compatibility in Canada
Canada uses 120V / 60Hz mains power. All power supplies we use are rated 100–240V universal input, so your PC will work on Canadian power without any voltage converter. You will need a Type B plug adapter (the standard North American two/three-flat-pin plug) — available at any hardware or electronics store. We can include a Canadian/US plug adapter on request — just add a note to your order.
Warranty for Canadian Customers
Our 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in all components. For Canadian customers, any fault within the warranty period is handled by us — typically via a replacement component shipped directly to your Canadian address, or a refund where appropriate. We respond to all warranty enquiries within one business day.

Our Build Process — What Makes a UK Custom PC Different
Every PC we ship to Canada is assembled to order in our workshop in Littlehampton, UK. No pre-built stock, no production line, no shortcuts. Each system is put together by one person, using new components sourced from authorised distributors, and tested individually before we pack it for international shipping.
The testing process matters, particularly for a PC travelling from the UK to Canada. We run every build through Prime95 (CPU load and stability), FurMark (GPU thermal performance), and a complete Windows 11 environment check. We are looking for any sign of instability — a loose connection, a component running outside spec, a thermal issue — before the box is sealed. Our 3-year warranty exists because we are confident in this process. We would not offer it if we were not. Canadian customers who have received their builds consistently report the same experience: well-built, carefully packed, and ready to use straight from the box.
What to Expect When You Order
Here is the full process from order to delivery for Canadian customers:
- Order confirmation: An email confirms your order immediately after checkout.
- Build and testing: Your PC is assembled by hand and stress-tested — Prime95 for CPU stability, FurMark for GPU load, and a full Windows 11 boot check. Build and test typically takes 1–2 working days.
- Customs clearance: We prepare the export documentation and pay applicable Canadian import duties and taxes before the PC leaves the UK. Nothing for you to pay at the door.
- Dispatch: Your PC ships from our UK workshop via DHL, FedEx, or UPS international express. You receive a full tracking number by email immediately after dispatch.
- Delivery: The PC arrives at your Canadian address as a fully duty-paid, customs-cleared package — no surprise charges, no customs visits, no paperwork for you.

About Our Workshop
We are a family-owned business based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, UK. Every PC we ship to Canada is hand-assembled in our workshop — not on a production line, not outsourced. The person who builds your PC tests it personally, packs it carefully, and labels it for shipping. That level of individual care is why we are confident enough to offer a 3-year warranty on every build we ship internationally, including to Canada.
Payment Options for Canadian Customers
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna at checkout. All payment methods convert GBP to CAD at the live exchange rate automatically. Klarna allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free instalments, which is a popular option for higher-specification builds. PayPal offers additional buyer protection if you prefer that route. No additional steps are needed for Canadian customers — the checkout process is identical to any standard online order.
Frequently Asked Questions — Canadian Customers

No. The £155 international shipping fee is all-inclusive. We pay all Canadian import duties and applicable taxes before the PC leaves the UK. You will not receive any additional charge from Canadian customs or the courier on delivery.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Prices are listed in GBP. Your bank or card provider converts to CAD at the live exchange rate at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna — all handle currency conversion automatically.
How long does the total process take?
Allow 1–2 working days for assembly and testing, then 3–7 working days for international transit. Most Canadian customers receive their PC within 6–9 working days of placing their order.
What if my PC arrives damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured. If your PC arrives with visible transit damage, photograph the packaging and the unit immediately, then contact us within 48 hours. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.

What is the return policy for Canadian customers?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For faulty items, we arrange and pay for return collection. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost. Contact us within 30 days and we will guide you through the process.

Why Order a Gaming PC from the UK?
Canadian gamers have increasingly looked to UK custom builders for two main reasons: the quality of hand-assembled UK builds, and the value proposition of UK component pricing once import costs are factored in — particularly on high-specification AMD and NVIDIA configurations. Our 3-year warranty is significantly longer than most Canadian retail equivalents, and our DDP shipping means the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. No customs bill waiting at the door, no courier surcharge, no paperwork for you to complete.
We have shipped gaming PCs to customers across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec. Every build follows the same process: assembled by hand, stress-tested, carefully packed, and shipped with full tracking from our UK workshop to your Canadian address.
