Delivery Times to the EU

International express shipping from the UK to most EU countries takes 2–5 working days. Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland) is typically 2–3 days. Southern and Eastern Europe (Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania) typically 3–5 days. You receive a full tracking number as soon as your PC is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 working days for assembly and testing before dispatch.

Power Compatibility in the EU

The EU uses 230V / 50Hz mains power — the same voltage as the UK. All power supplies we use are 100–240V universal input, so your PC is fully compatible with EU mains power. You will need a Type C, E, or F plug adapter (standard continental European plug — available at any hardware or travel store for a few euros). We can include an EU plug adapter on request — just add a note when ordering.

Warranty for EU Customers

All our builds carry a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in all components. For EU customers, any fault within the warranty period is resolved by us — typically via a replacement component shipped to your EU address, or a full refund where appropriate.
