Custom Gaming PCs Shipped to the European Union

We ship custom-built gaming PCs to every EU member state from our workshop in the UK. Since Brexit, we have refined our international shipping process to make ordering from the EU completely hassle-free — all duties and import taxes are settled before your PC leaves the UK, so you will never receive a surprise customs bill at your door.

Shipping to the EU — Everything Covered

  • International tracked shipping: £85 flat rate to any EU address, included in the price shown at checkout
  • All import duties and VAT paid by us (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid): Post-Brexit, UK exports to the EU attract customs duties and local VAT. We handle all of this before dispatch. Your PC arrives as a fully cleared, duty-paid shipment — nothing for you to pay on delivery
  • Full transit insurance: Every shipment is insured for its full replacement value during transit
  • Protective packaging: Double-walled boxes with foam component padding, designed for safe international air freight

We ship to Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and all other EU and EEA countries.

Why Buy a UK-Built Gaming PC?

UK custom PC builders are well regarded across Europe for component quality, careful assembly, and genuine post-sale support. UK market component pricing is competitive, and our builds use the same globally available hardware — NVIDIA RTX, AMD Radeon, Intel Core, AMD Ryzen — that European gamers know and trust.

  • 3-year warranty as standard — longer than most European retail PC warranties at equivalent price points
  • Brand-new, authorised-distributor components only
  • Hand-assembled and individually stress-tested before dispatch
  • Windows 11 pre-installed and activated — ready to use from the box, with full EU keyboard layout support configurable on first boot

Post-Brexit Ordering — No Complications

We understand that some EU customers are cautious about ordering from the UK since Brexit, concerned about unexpected customs charges or complicated import paperwork. With our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, this is not a concern. Here is exactly what happens when you order:

  1. You place your order and pay in GBP at checkout
  2. We build and test your PC (typically 1–2 working days)
  3. We prepare the customs export documentation and pay the applicable import duties and VAT for your country before dispatch
  4. Your PC ships via international tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS)
  5. It is delivered to your door as a fully customs-cleared package — no additional charges, no customs office visits, no delays

Approximate Euro Pricing

Our prices are shown in GBP (£). Approximate EUR equivalents at current rates:

  • £1,000 build ≈ approximately €1,160–€1,200
  • £1,500 build ≈ approximately €1,740–€1,800
  • £2,000 build ≈ approximately €2,320–€2,400
  • £2,500 build ≈ approximately €2,900–€3,000

GBP is converted to EUR by your bank or card provider at the live exchange rate at time of payment. Our Convercy app also displays approximate local currency prices on product pages.

Delivery Times to the EU

International express shipping from the UK to most EU countries takes 2–5 working days. Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland) is typically 2–3 days. Southern and Eastern Europe (Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania) typically 3–5 days. You receive a full tracking number as soon as your PC is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 working days for assembly and testing before dispatch.

Power Compatibility in the EU

The EU uses 230V / 50Hz mains power — the same voltage as the UK. All power supplies we use are 100–240V universal input, so your PC is fully compatible with EU mains power. You will need a Type C, E, or F plug adapter (standard continental European plug — available at any hardware or travel store for a few euros). We can include an EU plug adapter on request — just add a note when ordering.

Warranty for EU Customers

All our builds carry a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in all components. For EU customers, any fault within the warranty period is resolved by us — typically via a replacement component shipped to your EU address, or a full refund where appropriate. We respond to all warranty enquiries within one business day. The warranty is valid across all EU member states.

Our Build Process — What Makes a UK Custom PC Different

Every PC we ship to the EU is built to order in our workshop in Littlehampton, UK. We do not hold pre-built stock — each system is assembled from new, individually sourced components, specifically for the customer who ordered it. This means your PC is built once, by one person, tested once, by the same person, and packed personally before it leaves our workshop.

This approach is slower than a production line, but the quality difference is significant. Every connection is checked, every cable is routed properly, and every system runs a full stability test before we are satisfied. The result is a PC with a lower fault rate and a 3-year warranty we can stand behind with confidence. We have shipped systems to customers across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and beyond — the feedback is consistent: well-built, well-packed, and exactly as described.

What to Expect When You Order

We want every EU customer to have complete clarity on the process. Here is what happens after you place your order:

  1. Order confirmation: An email confirms your order and the components selected immediately after checkout.
  2. Build and test: Your PC is assembled individually and stress-tested — CPU stability under Prime95, GPU load testing under FurMark, and a full Windows 11 software check. This typically takes 4–6 hours of testing time.
  3. Customs documentation: We prepare the full export documentation and pay the applicable import duties and VAT for your specific EU country before dispatch. This is what makes our DDP service genuinely hassle-free.
  4. Dispatch: Your PC ships from our UK workshop via DHL, FedEx, or UPS international express. You receive a tracking number by email.
  5. Delivery: The PC is delivered to your door as a fully customs-cleared package. No additional charges, no customs office visits.

Frequently Asked Questions — EU Customers

Do I need to pay VAT or customs when the PC arrives?

No. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All applicable EU import duties and local VAT are paid by us before the PC leaves the UK. You will not be charged anything on delivery — no customs office visit, no courier surcharge, nothing.

Can I pay in Euros?

Prices are listed in GBP. Your bank or card provider converts to EUR at the live exchange rate at the time of payment. Our Convercy app shows approximate Euro prices on product pages. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — all convert automatically.

How long does delivery take to my country?

Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland): 2–3 working days. Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece): 3–5 working days. Eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary): 3–5 working days. Allow 1–2 working days for build and test before dispatch.

What if my PC arrives damaged?

Every shipment is fully insured. If your PC arrives with transit damage, photograph the packaging and the unit immediately, then contact us within 48 hours. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement component or full refund.

Do UK gaming PCs need an adapter in Europe?

The voltage is the same (230V / 50Hz) — no converter needed. You will need a standard Type C, E, or F plug adapter, available at any hardware store for a few euros. We can include an EU adapter on request — just add a note to your order.

Is the warranty valid in my EU country?

Yes. Our 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and is valid in all EU member states. For confirmed hardware faults, we ship replacement components directly to your EU address or issue a full refund. We respond to all warranty enquiries within one business day.

Can I return the PC if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For EU customers, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. For faulty items, we arrange and pay for collection. Contact us within 30 days and we will guide you through the process.

Why Buy a UK-Built Gaming PC Instead of a European Brand?

UK custom PC builders have a strong reputation across Europe for careful, hand-assembled builds and genuine customer support. Unlike large European retail chains that sell factory-produced systems, we assemble every PC individually — tested under load, inspected, and packed personally before dispatch. Our 3-year warranty is longer than most European retail equivalents at similar price points, and our DDP shipping means the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

We have shipped gaming PCs to customers in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden, and across the EU. The experience is consistent: a quality build, door-to-door tracking, and no customs headaches.
